WEEK 1: Young Scholars PATHS-UP Isabelle C

Before the Young Scholars Program, I took an AP computer science principles class through my high school. I also have other experience in computer science and coding through other camps, including things like Lego robotics. These experiences all prepared me and led me to this opportunity.

I think that the research projects we've done so far have been very fun and a great learning opportunity for me. The Arduino and breadboard were interesting and what we've done regarding designing an Arduino shield has been very cool. The smartwatch and its pulse oximeter and the pedometer have both also been interesting since they give us data in real-time.

I'm looking forward to working with the TinyScreen+ more.
